Products sold through our shop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty terms, registration requirements, and claim procedures vary by brand and product line. Keep your receipt and product serial numbers for faster support.
Labor warranty (our installations)
When SE Solution performs installation, we stand behind our workmanship for a defined period stated on your quote or invoice. This covers defects related to how the work was performed, not damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or unrelated electrical issues.
How to request warranty support
